For Parents and Guardians
Healthy smiles have never been so simple or so convenient!
Step 1 Start the conversation:
Parents can chat to their centre manager about inviting us in or can reach out to us directly to register their interest for us to visit their child’s childcare centre to organise a visit day!
Step 2 Paperwork made painless:
Once a visit is schedules, we’ll send home a consent form. Simply fill it out and return to your centre before the deadline and we’ll take care of the rest.
Step 3 Your child is seen with care:
On visit day, our friendly and qualified dental practitioners arrive with everything we need! Each child is seen in a familiar environment, creating a calm playful and positive experience!
Step 4 Smiles all round:
After the visit, parents receive a personalised report outlining their child’s oral health and any “next steps” needed to achieve our health goals in a “goody bag” filled with good vibes and encouragement!

Step 1 You choose the timing:
Centres contact us directly to schedule a visit day that suits your routine, staffing and room availability. We work around YOUR day, not the other way around!
Step 2 We handle the admin:
Consent forms? Parent questions? Follow-ups? We’ve got it covered! We provide all consent forms, manage parent communication and collect everything for the visit- so you don’t have to.
Step 3 We arrive fully prepared:
On the day, our friendly and qualified dental team arrive with all the requirements for the visit. All we need isa quiet corner or vacant room- we take care of the rest! Children are seen in an environment they already know and trust, helping make the visit run smoothly and positively.
Step 4 A partnership that continues:
After the visit, we provide your centre with a report of what was observed. This helps involve your service in the children’s oral health journey and supports ongoing wellbeing initiatives!
